I bought this card in October and asked for a refund from the company on November 8. Now it's November 19, and I'm STILL waiting for my money back. They say it's been processed, but here I am, just waiting. I plan to leave a review every single day until this terrible organization sorts it out. Also, customer service is NO help at all, and they don't seem interested in assisting. If I had the option, I would NEVER choose this company or this card. Just awful.

I made a purchase on this card back in October, and requested a refund from the organization on November 8. It is now November 19 and I STILL have not received my refund. Plus, customer service is if NO help, nor are they even willing to BE of help. If I had a choice, I would NEVER select this company or this card. AWFUL.

It took a whopping 17 days. I had been waiting for half a year for some items that eventually arrived and were fine. But I ordered a pair of pants because I really needed them and couldn’t find any during the Covid crisis. I did my homework and waited patiently until I had enough cash to make a smart, well-researched, and 'confident' buy (or so I thought). I didn’t hit the 'complete purchase' button until I was sure (thanks to the website) that everything was right, from the size to the color, and even the suggested occasion was checked. YET, I STILL GOT THE WRONG SIZE. They look like they’re meant for a kid. I’m a multi plus-size guy. Not pleased with my order. Order # HBPT******* from Noraacora.

Shopping for clothes in my area is a real hassle, to put it mildly. The only store around is Kohls, and honestly, it’s pretty disappointing. So, I decided to give Nora Cora a shot online. Let me tell ya, it just made things worse. The items are shipped from the East and then sent to the USA via England. Yikes! Total waste of both time and cash. (If you need to return something because it doesn’t fit, you’re stuck paying for the return shipping to England). One of the neck openings was so tiny that I couldn’t even get it over my average-sized head! The return postage was nearly as much as what I spent on the items in the first place. The quality of the clothes and shoes is just plain bad; they definitely get a thumbs down from me! Plus, it was pricey, but hey, lesson learned!

I am in an area where shopping for clothes is tedious to say the least. About the only clothing store here is Kohls. Shopping there is disappointing and discouraging. So I ordered from Nora Cora online. Boy did I get even more discouraged. The items come from the orient and are distributed in England to the USA. Scary! It was a waste of time and money. ( If the items don't fit you pay for the postage to return them to England). One neck opening was so small I couldn't get it over my normal size head! It cost almost as much for the postage as it did for purchases originally. The quality of the clothes and shoes is shoddy and shabby they get a big thumbs down from me! It was also expensive but lesson learned.!
